"Getting Started: A Telework Pilot Program" Webcast focused on the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases' (NIAID) telework program. Agency representatives discussed the planning process, including researching and developing policies, funding, installed technology and what is needed to ensure a secure telework technology infrastructure, required pre- and post-pilot program training for employees and managers, and how the organization measured pilot results.
