GSA’s Federal Management Regulation’s (FMR) Bulletin - The new GSA FMR Bulletin provides technical guidance to assist agencies in their efforts to expand telework in the Federal sector. The Bulletin draws from work done by NIST, OMB, GAO, and GSA. The document includes information on basic equipment, telecommunications, security, privacy, training, and support to help Federal employees and managers become more familiar with alternative workplace arrangements, including telework.

The toolkit is applicable to many government agencies and offers work life program scenarios and videos, tips for mangers on administering work life programs, a flexible work chart that shows how employees can use different work life options in tandem, and different telecommuting scenarios
