Fall 2009 Town Hall Meeting

Fall 2009 Town Hall Meeting

The Federal government is focused on increasing its telework practices, moving beyond the minimum. After all, telework supports better work/life balance, a clean environment, business stability, recruiting and retention, and relief on the already congested roadways.

Gearing up for the seventh Town Hall Meeting, the Spring event, entitled "Moving Beyond 10 Percent Teleworking", will provide the opportunity for government and industry attendees to participate in an open dialogue on how telework fits into the bigger picture for Federal government, roadblocks in widespread adoption, and how to move the participation needle beyond 10 percent.

Consisting of two tracks, the event program will explore telework policies, performance, management, and technology for executive management, HR, and IT departments.

Telework Exchange is accepting speaker abstracts for the Spring 2010 Town Hall Meeting. To submit speaker abstracts or program topics, please e-mail Erin Lundberg or call (301) 785-0004. For information on previous Town Hall Meeting programs, please click here.
