PRESS REGISTRATION CRITERIA

Registered members of the press are invited to attend the Telework Exchange Town Hall Meeting at no charge.

All qualified press and analyst registered for the Telework Exchange Town Hall Meeting will receive a FREE press badge. Telework Exchange reserves the right to deny any applicant a press badge. Submitting the press/analyst badge request does not automatically qualify you for a free press badge. Below please find the registration requirements for obtaining a press badge.

  • Print Media: Provide a telework-or United States Government-related article written by you within the last six months, as well as a copy of your business card OR a copy of a current masthead clearly displaying your name and editorial title
     
  • Freelance Writers: Provide a telework-or United States Government-related article written by you within the last six months, as well a signed letter (on letterhead) from an editor at a recognized publication indicating that you are contracted to write an article regarding telework, or related government issues
     
  • Freelance/Staff Photographers and Photo Agencies: Provide a signed letter (on letterhead) from a contact at a recognized news organization indicating that you are contracted to photograph the Town Hall Meeting
     
  • Analysts: Provide a telework-or United States Government-related report written by you within the last twelve months, as well as a copy of your business card with name, title, and company logo clearly displayed
     
  • Consultants: Provide a signed letter (on letterhead) from an editor at a recognized publication indicating that you are contracted to write an article about telework or a telework-related subject

Please note that the following groups are not eligible for press badges – No Exceptions:

  • Marketing, sales, and public relations professionals
  • Production companies
  • Personal/non-commercial news Web site writers
